Andrew strives to embrace the live moment and explore the audience-performer relationship with all the theatre he directs. The majority of Andrew’s directing work is focused on immersive theatre (site-specific, roving, site-sympathetic, found space). His directing work includes new play development, Shakespeare, contemporary, and theatre for young audiences.

He has directed with the Citadel Theatre, Globe Theatre (Regina), Theatre Network, Workshop West Playwrights’ Theatre, Freewill Shakespeare Festival, Swallow-A-Bicycle, Riser, Common Ground Arts, Found Festival, Tiny Bear Jaws, Blarney Productions, Thousand Faces Festival, Nextfest, Promise Productions, Theatre@York, You Are Here, Thou Art Here Theatre, Abbedam, Rocksteady Productions, MacEwan University, and the University of Alberta.
