Andrew has produced theatre with multiple indie theatre companies, ad-hoc collectives, and regional theatres.
In 2011 he co-founded Thou Art Here Theatre and is the current artistic director. Thou Art Here is a non profit charitable organization that is an artist-driven collective that creates audience-engaged immersive experiences in Edmonton.
In 2012 Andrew co-founded the Common Ground Arts Society's Found Festival, Edmonton's multi-disciplinary found space arts festival, and was festival director from 2014-2015.

From 2018-2020, Andrew was the Theatre School Director and Sandbox Series Coordinator at Globe Theatre in Regina, Saskatchewan.
