Andrew is a proud alumni of Rapid Fire Theatre where he performed short form & long form improv.
He originally joined RFT in 2008-2010 and then rejoined in 2012-2015 and then joined again from 2020-2022. He loves rejoining Rapid Fire! He has performed in many festival and shows over the years including Theatresports, Chimprov, Prairie Bowl, Improvaganza, Bonfire and was a troupe member of The Spear Carriers: Improvised Shakespeare (2013-2015). Andrew was an ensemble member of Hitchhikers Improv (Regina) from 2018 - 2020 performing in multiple long form improv formats including the SH!T Show and the Main Stage.
He began performing improv in grade ten at Archbishop MacDonald high school in the lunchtime “MacNasty”, an improvised soap opera. He was inspired to join the team after watching late night improv at the old Varscona Theatre in 2003. Improv is central to how Andy creates theatre and lives his life from being a dad to his children to his ongoing freelance theatre career.

Improv highlights include sharing a stage with Nathan Fillion, Kevin Macdonald, Joe Flaherty, Colin Mochrie, Tatiana Maslany, Edmonton’s Mayor Don Iveson and dozens and dozens of brilliant friends and comedians in Edmonton, Calgary, Regina, Toronto and beyond.
